The apartment is made up of a living/dining room, kitchen, with three bedrooms: mine (it mainly serves as storage for personal belongings, I only come once or twice a year for a night or when you ask me to come because I work 300 km away and my partner lives abroad so I am almost no longer in Montelimar), Nolwenn's room, and the third room which will be available from October. Wifi access (fiber). It is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) which offers a transverse view of the drome and the Ardèche. The 10 m² bedroom has a double bed and a storage unit for clothes. The apartment is located near the southern area of Montélimar. Bus line 1 minute walk away which takes you to the city center. Private parking shared with the co-ownership. Medium store (leader price, lidl) 3 minutes walk as well as several restaurants.

Access to the two internal doors to the rest of the house is locked. The walls are phonetically reinforced to absorb noise between the two homes. It's somewhere between the independent studio and the room in a local's home, encouraging a minimum of cohabitation. The house is recently built. It does not have air conditioning in summer but it is very well insulated, which seems to avoid the inconveniences linked to high heat. Healthy housing made with the most ecological materials (exterior insulation of wood fiber panels, painting of walls with vegetable oils, etc.). Access to the exterior on the west side is quiet, available and reserved for tenants. A garden table, a parasol and 4 chairs for your meals.
