Good morning ! Homestay. A large apartment, with beautiful, very sunny volumes, three bedrooms. One is occupied by Anne, the owner of the place, and the other two are available. Currently, one of the rooms is occupied by a young physiotherapist. The first bedroom is 18 m2, while the second is slightly smaller. The rent includes all costs. Bedding is provided. These are two large bedrooms overlooking gardens. The apartment is very well located in a beautiful quiet street in downtown Perpignan. A bus stop in front of the house provides access to the university. For 6 years I have been welcoming young Erasmus students or young employees.
